- I am a self confessed Repsol Fanatic. I live in South London England (AKA Great Britain , UK or United Kingdom!) I have always liked the Repsol MotoGP bikes and decided to buy a replica when I grew bored of my 2007 CBR600RR. I bought a 2009 CBR1000RR in June 2009 and have steadily modified it to enhance this fine bike. The enhancements bring out the racing pedigree using HRC parts, Akropovic and many other respected racing brands. This blog is a record of the work I have done on the bike and any furure plans. If you haven't tried a a 2008-2011 CBR1000RR, I would highly recommend a test ride. You won't be disappointed!

Quick tidy up on the bike
The weather outside is awful so took the time to start the bike and upgrade the power commander PCV firmware to 0.1.8.3 which was released on 26/10/11.
